2004 Buick Rendezvous CX 3.4L No Start
we are useing a tech 2 and it will not comunicate with any module. I have power and ground to both pcm and bcm. I have both power and ground at alcl conecter. need help with why scan tool will not comunicate but will power up. thank you.
