2000 GMC C3500 Sierra SL 6.5L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation, MIL Lamp on
Lots of black smoke no power,no turbo.P0236 was hard code when came,Pinpointest wastegate solonoid,can operate with scanner on and off,have 15-17 inches of vac at boost solonoid and at wastegate,actuator and rod moves freely. Boost press always at 14-15 P.S.I....
