1994 Chevrolet S10 4.3L No Start, ecm, no communicatio
I have put on a new fuel pump, delphi. New ecm. I can not get my snap on scanner or teck 2 to communicate with the ecm. At aldl, the "a" terminal has battery ground of 12.5 volts with key off. When u turn key on, "B" terminal has not the required 5 volts. The ...
