1991 Pontiac Sunbird LE 3.1L Surge, Cuts out, Stall, Misfire
Fuel prssure ok, ecm input & output tested(voltage & grounds). Found VSS output 4000 PM1 (CIRCUIT) , voltage @ 4.41 KOEO (Spec 10V) 3RD gear signal .57V (spec call for B+), by disconnecting lock up plug at transmission and VSS ouput is now within spec. Com...
