2002 Cadillac Seville STS 4.6L No Start
This car was towed to us no start the other shop pulled the starter and it was fine...I hooked up the scanner and there is no comm..there is power at the connector but no comm..I checked all the fuses i could find..When you turn the key on all dash lights up n...
