2003 Buick Century Custom 3.1L MIL Lamp on
Came in for inspection, light on. Cleared code, retested and failed. EGR valve operates when power applied, reads position sensor when energized manually. Will not open when commanded by MODIS, I get power but no ground to operate valve. Also MODIS shows no EG...
