1995 Chevrolet Astro CL 4.3L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on
Came in with MIL on and complaint of little rough running. Found code 13, O2 open or shorted. Scanner shows .449 volts all the time, tap into O2 circuit and see .9 volts all the time. Verified data with another brand scanner. Disconnect O2 and voltage on circu...
