1995 Saturn sc2 1.9L High Idle
Engine idle stays high with a/c on when coming to a stop, about [...] rpm and drops down after about 20 seconds to [...] rpm. IAC motor has been replaced and throttle bore cleaned. If vehicle does not have a/c on idle is fine. Have checked prom for updates...
