1993 GMC C1500 Sierra SLE 5.0L Pinging Detonation
Customer complained that truck used to run great on Shell regular leaded gas, but now pings constantly on accel...low RPMs. Problem goes away with high octane but customer not happy with this..tried Sunoco regular and still same problem. We checked base timing...
