2000 Cadillac DeVille DTS 4.6L Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out
Greetings,I have a strange problem [...] intermitently has absolutely no power,drives like its exhaust is plugged,or lack of [...] strange is when it happens,if you shut the car off and restart it will be [...] I can see on the scanner looks normal,no misfires...
