1985 Cadillac DeVille 4.1L Stall
Cold start OK but stalls unless idle is held higher than ECM provides on cold start. Aux vac pump runs constantly. If throttle is opened KOEO air flow is felt coming out of TBI venturis. I suspect that VAC pump running on cold start is causing lean stall. I ha...
