1991 Cadillac DeVille 4.9L Surge, popping
upon turning key on or off the isc motor pops in and out aproximately 1/4 inch in turn causing gas peddle to jump up and down othe than this the car will start and run fine. Have done throttle relearn procedure several times making no difference also tried new...
