1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera 2.8L Poor Idle Quality, Stall, TPS always 5.1V
This car has multiple problems including botched up carb work (missing and loose choke linkages). The engine will die while driving, won't restart till key is cycled off for 10 seconds. Thanks for any help
