1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera SL 3.3L Poor Idle Quality
Customer brought this vehicle to me after he replaced the IAC to cure a fast idle, about 2800 RPM. I checked the IAC he put in and saw that it did not have a o ring seal on it, I picked up another one, still had the same problem. The idle air passage is clean....
