Vehicle came in stalling when the throttle was released - particularly when it was cold. Base idle setting was approx 350 RPM - factory spec was 525 RPM. Replaced TPS with updated unit and did all settings per Mitchell - base idle 525 RPM, TPS .50 VDC at base ...
