1996 Buick Century Custom 3.1L MIL Lamp on
I'm at wits end. At key on egr pintle is at 0%at idle goes to 18 to 22% when egr is installed but when another egr is plugged in laying on engine and grounded will show 0% I also had this 2nd egr installed on vechicle while running at id showed 20% did not fin...
