1991 Buick Century Custom 3.3L No Start, Backfire
Removed cover to check timing chain. Timing chain is properly installed. Crank sensor was cracked, replaced, with no effect. Tried coils, module, and ECM. no effect. Balancer, and fins ok. Compared balancer with a new unit, to insure wrong balancer wasn't rein...
