1995 Chevrolet Astro CL 4.3L Poor Idle Quality, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on
The problem is that it runs rich all the time. When I plug off the pcv valve then my o2 starts reading. Until I do this the mv are 850 or higher. I have tied a new pcv valve also and this did not change anything.
