1986 Chev/GMC Truck Jimmy S15 2.8L Excessive Emissions, No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall, Misfire, Poor Fuel Economy
The problem I feel is the ignition module or ECM. When probing reference pulse Hi @ ECM the voltage under cranking is a steady 12v as soon as the engine starts the signal is pulled to ground (0v) on the lab scope. What would you think it is??
