1995 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3.8L No Communication
This car will not communicate with Snap On scanner. I have tried different years and OBD2 generic and get nothing. I have checked all fuses. This has a OBD2 plug under the dash but is not OBD2. I called Snap On and they told me to try a different scanner,I did...
