vehicle will not blink code 12 or communicate.. there is no wire in the aldl pin e serial data wire.. and does not appear to have ever been there.. also i should get 5volt ref on pin b in aldl and do not. pin b in aldl is pcm pin a9 which also is not in pcm co...
