1995 Pontiac Grand Am SE 3.1L MIL Lamp on
Have tested the EGR per the factory service manual and by manually activating with Tech1. Valves always operate. Even took EGR valve off and looked/watched valves move. When valves are opened manually with eng. running, there isn't any noticable change in eng....
