1989 Buick LeSabre Custom 3.8L No Start, Hard Start
Intermittant no start. With scanner on, KOEO TPS would read .39, IAC would drop to 000. Crank and no start, IAC would stay at 000, RPM at 0. Increase TPS to about .50 and it will start. Idles at 800, IAC comes down from about 75 to 40. When running all is fine...
