1989 Cadillac DeVille 4.5L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall
I have heard about this complaint with this model Cadillac but have not found the cause of this problem. Below is a list of what I have done and noticed but did not find a cause. I was told a while agoo a shop fixed a similiar problem replacing the alternator....
