1992 Chev/GMC Truck Saturn 1.9L Excessive Emissions, Surge
vehicle has an intermitant egr problem that goes away when egr is disconnnected. has rich code if car sits in the morning and warms up. Have noticed that oxygen sensor reading goes high when sits at an idle. Injectors all check [...] test is ok.
