1990 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Brougham 3.8L No Start
I have been fighting this thing for about three weeks now. Customer called it in as a no start. I went out with tow truck, started it up and drove to shop. Tested Fuel pres., flow and ampreage draw. As well as voltage drops. Amps = 8 less than .02 volt drop. T...
