1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4.3L Hard Start When Cold
hard start when cold and lack of power too. everything checks out fine. tried tune up, with fuel filter change. tried new modual, etc... everything is looking good on snap on computer. nothing seems to help this, and gm has not help to offer. please help. once...
