Car came in with service soon light on, code 30. When warms up idles high, and surges. Installed new ISC motor, TPS sensor, adjusted to specs, new O2 sensor, Ecm and prom, also tune up, cap, rotor, ignition coil, and ground strap (all delco parts). No change. ...
