1995 Buick Riviera 3.8L Surge
Greetings, 95 Riviera we have, has an intermintant TPS signal to PCM. Got 5 volts on gray wire. Get good ground from PCM. I can jumper gray and blue wires and shows 5 volts on snap on scanner. The throttle angle stays at 0% when I do this. Our biggest problem ...
