Vehicle will run smooth in OPEN LOOP, but as soon as CLOSED LOOP is achieved, it will begin to run extreamly rough and surge but not quite stall. Using a Vantage the KVs fluctuate wildly, loosing the signal completely at times. Driving it will operate ...
