1997 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3.8L Surge
when you are cruising in this vehicle and overdrive and converter are locked if you apply light throttle you can feel the surge and watch the tach vary approx 100 rpm. it does it if you have the cruise set and you come up on a mild incline as the car increases...
