1990 Oldsmobile cutlass 3.1L No Start
This car came in on a hook, found spark and fuel pressure but injectors not pulsing. Scanner shows no RPM sygnal while cranking, CPS tested good, new one did the same thing. Replaced ECM again, still no start. Runs on starting fluid. Injectors not being ground...
