1986 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 5.0L MIL Lamp on
Have this very clean low milage cad here that came in with C E lamp on, Scan shows TPS citcuit hi. PID shows TPS at 5 volts. Disconnect TPS at Carb, still 5v. Measure voltage at ECM TPS input (blue wire) measures 5v. The 5v reference (gray wire) is 5v. I disco...
