Hi All: Car towed in. has spark to plugs,fuel pump runs all the time when key is on (can hear relay time out). plugs were wet with gas. have tried ign module & ecm, new coil to plug connectors. scanner shows no tach signal to ecm. scoped crank sensor, looks ok...
