Vehicle has gone thru 3 sets of pads in the last 18 mos. Replaced leaky rear wheel cyls,and faulty master cyl. Bled system pedal feels [...] like to know if EBCM can be manually bled without using the Tech1? Mitchell is not real clear ont this. Any diagnostics...
