We are primarily foreign shop, so we really need your help with this Delco-Moraine ABS-VI system. Car came in with code 38: LF EMB will not hold motor. Tried to follow pinpoint test procedures, albeit without Tech 1 scanner. Seemed to indicate faulty motor...
