
1998 Pontiac Grand Am SE 3.1L Parking Brake
The parking brake applies with only one click and does not release enough to let the rear wheels turn freely. I have to manually move the cables to get the rear wheels to turn freely. Could this be a problem with the self adjusting mecheanism in the hand brake...
