These are Postal Mail delivery vehicles. The Chassis/Ft Axle configuration is Chevy S-10; Rear axle is M van w/9.5" non-abs brakes. Ptroblem is front brakes will lock up but rears barely apply, causing the vehicle to skid uncontrollably on icy or very slip...
