1991 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L System Quits Working
system is fully charged,will set code 66 -excess cycling- and switch to "econo" mode,this will not happen right away it may take a couple of days, can't find any info on this problem ie ,bullitins,ect., when you clear code the system will work for a day or two...
