1977 Cadillac DeVille 7.0L Auto Temp Control
I have replaced the programmer with a new one from GM. Now the programmer will not select high blower for max cool and max heat. Went by Mitchell manual to set what I could but it specifically calls for a test box that I nor any other GM dealer has in the area...
