1994 Chevrolet Astro CL 4.3L Heater Blower
Hi GM Techs. Heater blower works only in high speed. I changed the blower resister,and a new blower motor,but still doing the same thing. ground is ok to motor housing,and there is power show when I switch to low speed or Mid speed at the blower motor hous...
