Trans Shifts hard in into any gear, park to Rev and Drive.

Shifts hard from 1st thur 2nd and 3rd. Cleared Memory code P1741 and road test. Code didnt come back but still has shifting problem. Could I have a TCC or EPC Solnoid Problem ?
