1996 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.0L 4th Gear
4R44E/4R55E Just finished a complete O'haul. Will not shift
into 4th. Electronics check OK, solenoid is OK .Survo air
checks OK. Can apply band with a pry bar while running on
hoist and 4th will work.
