1998 Mercury Mountaineer 5.0L Torque Converter
We have a Mountaineer that stalls when you put the
transmission in reverse. Drive is no problem. When the
vehicle is on the hoist with the wheels off the ground, the
vehicle will not stall until you apply the brakes.
