2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L Transfer Case
When the key is turned to the run position or the vehicle is started the 4x4 low and 4x4 high lights go through the bulb check and then flash (together) three times. I used a snap on scanner to access the 4x4 module and got a message that it cannot communicate...
