1989 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 5.0L No 3rd. shift
Thanks trans. tech. The car came not shifting out off 2nd. gear and no convertor lock up. Looked at the kickdown cable and bushing broke, put in new bushing and still no upshift even up to 70 MPH. Changed fluid & filter, and remove governor and polished valve....
