This car has no lockup. Has batt voltage at TCC wire on trans,but computer will not ground solenoid. I tested the ground wires with a voltmeter and found voltage at ground wires at about 87mv (is this too much?).All parameters look good, CTS, TPS, VSS etc. Did...
