Have this explorer when you first start it both 4WD lights flash 5-6 times then go off. Has no 4WD operation. Checked for codes in PCM and GEM, got PO1781 out of PCM KOEO test. Checked TSB's got clean connections at transfer drive [...] voltages at 4WD switch ...
