1997 Ford E-250 Econoline 4.2L Engine
Hi all, This Van has Blown a Head gasket and Bent a Rod. Does anyone Know for Sure if a 97 4.2L in a E150 can be Replaced with a 2000 4.2L in a F150? I have been told that the heads and Intake are Differant. Another Parts Person say yes, no Problems in making ...
