1997 Ford Escort 2.0L Cooling fan
I'm at home. VIN is at work. Car came in with cooling fan on all the time. Key on or off. Nothing would turn it off except removing fuse. Re-installing the fuse would turn it back on. AC book gives a wiring diagram, but no diagnostic procedure. After studying ...
